Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the jewelry in its original velvet pouch and gift box to ensure it is protected during transit.
Apply Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5 business days of arrival.
